Booking terms & conditions

Please note that we require card details in order to secure any bookings and at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations; otherwise, full charges apply.

For group and party bookings

We require full payment at least 7 days prior to a party; after this time no refunds will be given for cancellation, reduction in group size or amendments to the booking.

For corporate group bookings

We require full payment at least 28 days prior to the event in order to secure the booking. A 50% refund can be give for booking changes and cancellation up to 14 days prior to the event; thereafter no refund will apply.

For all bookings

For your relaxation and comfort, we kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your appointment start time. If you are late for your appointment, we will do everything that we can to undertake as much of the treatment as reasonably possible in the time available. However, in the unfortunate instance of a significantly late arrival where it is not possible for us to undertake an abridged version of your treatment, we regret that it may be necessary to treat your appointment as cancelled and full charges apply.
