For energy & relaxation
Here is a summary of what we offer :
Hatha Yoga
Hatha is the most common type of yoga practiced in the West
and involves a combination of asanas (physical exercises and
postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.
Hatha involves close attention to the breath while moving from one
pose to another. The pace can be varied to help you develop your
flexibility, muscular endurance and mind-body harmony.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini is considered by some to be the most comprehensive
style of yoga, combining meditation, breathing exercises and
physical practices. Regular sessions will help to keep the body in
shape and train the mind to be strong and flexible in the face of
stress and change
Meditation — guided (Buddhist-style)
Meditation is a method of working with the mind to help you
relax and enjoy greater focus and clarity. It can also help with
developing a more conscious appreciation of the present moment,
leading to greater self-assurance and increased mental and even
physical energy.
Personal training
Work with your own highly experienced trainer who will help guide
and motivate you to achieve your health and fitness goals via a
tailor-made programme. Elements typically include cardio work,
core stability & strength training, but yoga and other mind-body
practices could be incorporated depending on what works for you.
Pilates (mat-based)
Pilates focuses on good posture, joint release, flexibility, core
strength and proper breathing to help you execute movements
with maximum power and efficiency. Pilates can be used for both
strength and flexibility training, for rehabilitation, and for injury
prevention.
Qi Qong
Pronounced Chi Kung and a lot like Tai Chi, Qi Qong combines
breathing, posture, concentration and relaxation with gentle
exercise. Qi Qong movements are designed to strengthen the body,
as well as help you to maintain your personal level of energy (or
Chi) to promote wellbeing and peace of mind.
